He specialises in negotiations, business transformations, and building high-performing teams. Nathan’s recent role as the head of Toll Energy & Marine involved managing private port operations, offshore supply vessels, and contract logistics. He has a strong focus on the wellbeing of people, communities, and the environment. Nathan has a proven track record in delivering operational outcomes, driving safety culture, and developing strategic plans. With revenues exceeding $120 million annually, his business was regarded as Toll’s flagship Australian Business Unit. Nathan holds a Diploma of Business and is an executive graduate of both Harvard and Melbourne Business Schools.
