Maintenance Dredge
Lucky Bay Harbour & Entrance Channel
(Extraction of material within the channel entrance)
T-Ports Pty Ltd (‘T-Ports’) will commence dredging works at the entrance channel of the Lucky Bay Harbour.
The Dredge Management Plan states that dredging may occur continuously, seven days per week (24/7).
Dredging is occurring in accordance with the Development Approval for the Lucky Bay Harbour (Development Approval 010 V126 20 V1) which require the operator of the harbour to dredge the harbour and channel on a regular basis, the EPA Licence for the dredging (EPA Licence 50759) and the Dredging Management Plan (the approved DMP) has been prepared by T-Ports and approved by the EPA.
T-Ports proposes to undertake dredging during the following period:
• Monday 14th September to Wednesday 31st October 2026.
Dredging will occur in accordance with the approved with additional controls and monitoring put in place to manage potential impacts from the algal bloom during this period.

Copies of the Licence, the Dredging (and Marine Excavation) Management and Monitoring Plan and the Sand and Seagrass Management Plans will be located, and available for inspection, at the T-Ports Regional Office, Lucky Bay Road, Lucky Bay.
