Reid Toogood
Reid has extensive senior leadership experience in the agribusiness, energy and construction sectors. During his 30 year career he has worked for several notable top 100 South Australian companies. His achievements have been centred on evaluation, restructuring for performance and leading teams to drive productivity and profitability.
Reid is committed to fostering and rewarding good leadership, teamwork, innovation and accountability to deliver the strategic aims of an organisation.
His 10 years in the grain storage and handling industry culminated in the role of Operations Manager for AusBulk Limited, where he was responsible for the performance of 7 South Australian grain export terminals and 110 up country silos. In this time Reid also oversaw several significant initiatives to drive costs down and improve service to growers. Reid is looking forward to achieving similar benefits for all stakeholders in T-Ports.
Reid holds Post Graduate qualifications in business from the University of Adelaide.
